Project Proposal for Group 5 During May 2006, five of us participated in Library 2.0, an online learning opportunity. This is our group proposal to look into applications of Web 2.0 to frame issues for deliberation both within the association and in communities.

Health Care in Texas Taylor Willingham posted this page because the wiki may be a tool for localizing a national or statewide issue. This outline is taken from the National Issues Forums guide on Health Care, but the RAISE (Regional Solutions, Access for all, Incentives for personal responsibility, Sound use of resources and Education about consequences) elements comprise the Shared Vision for raising the level of Health Care in Texas. We originally expected to do this project in 2004 and set up an iLab page, but the timing was not right. As of 2006, we are back on track!
